Here are links to the tools and resources I either use myself, or know they could be valuable for business. Some of the links are affiliate links, but I only recommend products or services that I believe are good for your business and mine.
Webinarjam — If you’re not using webinars to promote your business, you’re going to get left behind. Doing webinars is always a great way to grow your list.
Blue Host — I’ve had the best luck with them thus far hosting my site. They’re economical and haven’t had any issues with my site being down. Their technical service is always very helpful.
AWeber — This email marketing services starts at about $20 a month and they offer phone support, which is always a huge plus to me. The downside of AWeber is that I’ve found it more difficult to create a horizontal opt-in with out utilizing someone that is familiar with coding.
Infusionsoft — It’s the “Mac Daddy” of all autoresponders, and is probably the choice of most of the “bigger names” you see out there. It’s definitely powerful, and despite the upfront cost to get it up and running, its well worth it in the end. Especially good for sales funnels, memberships, and courses.
Get Response — Another great option for email marketing. The service starts at about $15 a month, so it’s comparable to AWeber. I like their templates, and they seem to be a little more user-friendly than AWeber.
Ontraport– This is who I use, the built in forms are very easy, the biggest benefit is the ability to use tags. I love that I can keep track of my notes for my individual clients and build in reminders to send out to them.
Website Rescue — This is a MUST: unlimited tasks (30 minutes or less) for a monthly subscription to help you manage your website, anything from CSS changes, image manipulation, content population, and general trouble shooting. They’re available 24-7 and I can say this has been a life saver for me, basically it’s like your own tech support team!
Themify — Beautifully designed WordPress themes.
Opt-in skin — Great for creating landing pages, calls-to-action, etc.
Shopify — Ideal tool for creating an entire e-commerce site.
Picmonkey — OMGosh, so thankful for this site! Quick design for headers, Facebook ads, and sooo much more. The upgrade it well worth it!
Headway Themes — I used this myself; it has great themes and I found them easy to customize.
ShareASale — This is where you can access affiliate links such as PicMonkey, GoDaddy, and tons of other product and services.
Evernote — I talk about this a lot; it’s the holy grail in managing my business and personal life.
Studiopress — This is where you can find the cool Parallax Pro theme I use, as well as many other beautiful themes for your WordPress site.
Tribe Builder Academy– Lifetime access to the latest tools and resources on how to build a tribe, position your thought leadership, turn your multiple passions into a resource and ultimately creating a tribe of loyal fans and followers.
Jason Phillips Fitness– This guy and his team are rockstars when it comes to creating wellness programs. He’s been featured in Men’s Health, Maxium, Men’s Fitness, and many more. He’s a former professional athlete, founder of a multi million dollar nutritional company and leading expert in his field.
